Welcome to the Sydney Anglican Stamp Society (SASS) web site.
SASS - A society that enables Christians to enjoy their hobby while supporting Missions and Missionaries.
The society's membership consists primarily of those with a church affiliation.
Our members enjoy the supply of stamps from most countries from the Church Mission Society (CMS) stockbooks at our meetings.
Please note that due to too many clashes with Church Program, SASS has changed its Meeting days to the 4th Saturday of the ODD Numbered Months for 2025.
Our 2025 meetings will be held on the 4th Saturday of the odd months, 9.30am through 2pm, unless the Church requires the hall for another engagement.
SASS meeting dates for 2024:
Saturday 14th December

Volunteers Required
CMS volunteer group sorting/trimming of stamps: volunteers meet at CMS office, Level 5/51 Druitt Street, Sydney every 2nd and 4th Monday through the year. We would like some new volunteers as age is catching up with us. Even if every sorting day doesn’t suit you, once a month/2 months would be a help, or for shorter hours: whatever suits .. you will be very welcome. We meet from 9:30am till about 2pm. Morning tea is supplied - bring your own lunch and scissors. More details here
